20211111
UNFCCC COP26 Official Side Event with IEA, EBRD & CMIA
Thursday, 11th November
Venue: Strangford Lough
Time: 15:00 – 16:15 GMT
Long-term strategies (LTSs) are key to meeting the Paris Agreement objectives as they set out how countries will achieve net-zero emissions by a target date, whilst considering climate resilience, just transition as well as sustainable development. Join us as we co-host this session with IEA & EBRD exploring how LTSs can help assess Paris alignment of investments and how they inform market developments by the private sector. The session will further focus on the multilateral development banks (MDBs) and international organizations like the IEA in further facilitating these strategies.
